Skyfall is not open to the general public. We host a single party at a time, no more than eight guests, across two of the most distinct landscapes in Texas.

Camp Vertex at Skyfall Reserve is a purpose-built, multi-day training experience designed to sharpen both ends of the spectrum: precision rifle marksmanship and hands-on combatives. Hosted at a private Texas facility, this immersive event blends disciplined long-gun instruction with physical problem-solving, building capable shooters who can think, move, and perform under pressure.
This isn’t a square-range class or a vacation disguised as training. Camp Vertex is for participants who want to push technical shooting skills, understand positional and environmental problem solving, and build physical confidence through structured combatives, all while living, eating, and training together as a group.

PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION
Expert-led instruction covering precision rifle fundamentals, positional shooting, and applied marksmanship, paired with combatives training focused on control, balance, movement, and physical problem-solving.
PRIVATE TRAINING FACILITY
Exclusive access to Skyfall Reserve, featuring dedicated rifle ranges and purpose-built combatives training areas.
LODGING & MEALS
On-site lodging and all meals are included for the duration of the event, allowing participants to stay focused on training without logistical distractions.
TRAINING RIFLES AVAILABLE
Q firearms will be available for use if needed, allowing participants to train even if they are unable to bring their own rifle.
RANGE ACCESS & TRAINING INFRASTRUCTURE
All range fees, targets, safety oversight, and training lanes are included.

Completed in August of 2021, the beautiful aesthetics and comfortable furnishings will have you and your guests feeling right at home! Our three single-occupancy rooms and two double-occupancy rooms are equipped with queen sized beds so you can rest comfortably and be at your best the next morning. Our large great room is perfect for lounging and conversation around the fire place, watching football on the big screen TVs, or competitive games at the shuffleboard table.
The Skyfall Reserve bar, or ‘The Blind Tiger’ as we call it, is a fully stocked bar of premium beer, wine & spirits. It’s the perfect place for those who want to burn the midnight oil without disrupting those who might not! The lodge has its own mudroom with lockers, ammo, safes. and gun racks for storing all of your gear. We do our best to keep you connected with satellite TV and WiFi throughout the Lodge.
While staying in the Skyfall Reserve Lodge, enjoy gathering around the fire pit at dusk, with an appetizer & cocktail, watching thousands of ducks coming to roost at our west-facing glassing point, or playing corn hole with friends in the timber by the Lodge.
