There's no love in February!
That's because my 4 week Intro Straps/Loops Workshop doesn't start until March 5th! This is a small sample of the basic strap shapes that we'll be covering starting in week 1, and learning to sequence and build on over the course of the 4 weeks. These shapes may look familiar to some, and perhaps even very basic, but the dynamic is different on straps, and these are the foundation of more advanced poses.
Stat tuned and I will be sharing more tidbits of what I have planned, including some double loop sequences!
