I’ve been wanting to create a choreography that feels like a little piece of a musical for a long time and my girls helped me bring that idea to life! I’m so happy to be an artist and to express my ideas through choreography and music!
I’m incredibly grateful to my girls for supporting every idea I come up with! When I said we were going to dance hip hop to Elvis they were like whaaaat lol. But I love new challenges and discovering unexpected combinations.
For me music is a huge source of inspiration, sometimes even a simple melody, base, or vocal dynamic can spark a whole vision in my head!
I hope one day I will have a big production where I can bring all of my ideas to the screen hehe! I’m already excited and planning the next project and it might be one of the biggest ones yet!
That’s why I’m always happy to see people in my classes, new faces and familiar ones because after every video project people ask me how they can become part of it.
The truth is my regular students are the heart of my projects. To me it’s loyalty for loyalty!!!
I will always choose a dancer who is part of my community, someone who shows up, puts in the work, and builds a real connection with me over someone who just drops in once, no matter how strong their level is. For me it’s about community, trust and shared energy.
When we create in that kind of space, something special happens, there’s an exchange of energy and ideas.
I just want to say thank you to all my girls!
