Sometimes you photograph a wedding…
and sometimes you just catch yourself thinking:
“This feels so good to be here.”
This was one of those.
An intimate wedding at Greenhouse Park — cozy, beautiful, full of life.
One of those days when everything just clicks: the people, the atmosphere, the sunset, the music.
We captured this day together, as a pair, filming both photo and video.
Later in the evening, one really fun moment unfolded: guests were handed tiny flags — Canada, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan 🇺🇦🇨🇦🇰🇿. Within a minute, everyone was waving them, dancing, laughing on the dance floor.
And suddenly everything was spinning together — music, people, flags, laughter.
It was both incredibly joyful and somehow deeply touching.
Earlier that day, the couple had shared that their wedding felt like a bridge connecting different countries.
Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Canada — all coming together here to celebrate love.
And in that moment, you could really feel it.
Looking around, you just realize how wonderful it all is.
So alive. So warm. So real.
If you’re planning a wedding in Vancouver — our 2026 dates are still open.

Just a 30-minute flight and you’re in an amazing wilderness spot in the mountains, where there’s absolutely NO ONE...
We were thrilled when the couple called us and said they wanted a wedding photo shoot in the mountains and that we would fly there by helicopter. It was an unforgettable experience to find ourselves on snowy peaks in the middle of summer. It turned out that mosquitoes and midges were particularly active during this period, but luckily we were warned to bring protective spray. However, nothing could spoil the enjoyment of the views, and we captured stunning shots of the couple. As for the midges, we photoshopped them out 😄👌 since they also wanted to be in the frame.

Amidst the whispering pines and the gentle rustle of leaves, they found a love as timeless as the forest itself.

Every mother holds a whole world inside her.
Sometimes — literally.
Happy Mother’s Day — with love and gratitude for letting us be there for the moments that matter most. 🤍
Every frame has a moment before it.
A direction. A bad joke. A laugh that wasn’t planned.
And somewhere in between — the real one.

A well-synced team isn’t a bonus — it’s half the result. 😌
The best shoots happen when everyone works in sync.
No chaos, no mixed directions — just a smooth, intentional flow.
But sometimes…
— we’re setting up the perfect shot
— and suddenly a videographer runs right into the frame, like the moment might slip away without them
— and in this case… there are three of them 😂
We don’t do heavy retouching —
but we make sure moments like this are cleaned up in post.
And during the shoot, we still make it work —
burst shooting and having two photographers from different angles helps capture the moment anyway.
That’s why working with a team that already knows each other makes all the difference.
Fellow creatives — how do you handle this? 😄

What happens when you have the Orpheum almost to yourself?
No rush.
No “stand here and smile.”
Just two people, a vast space, and the quiet drama of light drifting through the halls.
An engagement session that slowly unfolded somewhere between cinema and real life.
Often, we guide the frame just enough for the moment to happen on its own — and then we catch it, exactly like that.
Shot on medium format Fuji and Canon — and I’m falling more in love with Fuji all the time. Stories like these deserve depth, texture, and time.
What makes these sessions especially magical, when we are alone in the space — opera houses are built for emotion: whispers, laughter, long glances, and the little pauses in between.
The best photos reveal themselves in the seconds when nobody is posing anymore!
If you feel like your story deserves something a little more cinematic — you know where to find us.
