Baby king Jack is 7 today. 😭 I can’t believe it. The most handsome, stubborn, funny, affectionate, strong boy and we wouldn’t want it any other way. Love you to the moon and back! I love the driver too! Love this spot from Lance Acord and when @chrisbauer3 asked PJ if he wanted to do this with @officialpabloschreiber he was so excited. I showed up on set in Chicago, my longtime friend Jason Hamilton was doing art direction / production design and came running to hug me. The next minute I saw the scene run, and on cut PJ stepped out of the car and yelled- Babe! I said- wait they’re letting you drive? Months later we went to an SB party at Lance and Rima’s and when this played PJs phone lit up with a jillion texts. All amazing vivid memories. It seems every occasion is a reminder of so much you were a part of babe and so many of the people you loved and were connected to. Guess you’re the phenomena. Keep driving. We love you.
PJ and I would FaceTime when he was away. This is a pict of my laptop screen. I wish I had a recording of one of these nights so that I could watch it right now. Ah PJ - I feel so close to you in my heart but man I wish I could see your beautiful face again and hold your hand. I really miss you. I just love you more and I know you couldn’t understand that every time I said it but it’s never been more true than right now.

Nothing made me happier than knowing so many people on Christmas Day were dedicated to watching it in a mission to find Chester. PJ would have loved the timing.
PJ believed the greatest Christmas movie of all time was Die Hard and in second place was Tangerine. (He also said it’s secretly the ultimate buddy cop movie but that note is for our advanced readers)
PJ met Sean Baker when I got our dog Sonny hit got at midnight badly on 1st Avenue in NYC at the 5th Avenue Emergency Vet. He thought Sean was brilliant and would tell everyone. The two had a great time doing films together because well PJ said Sean’s an amazing storyteller but his secret sauce is that he actually cares about the people in his movies.
No one really took notice of Sean and his small team and this pissed PJ off. In fact he said Sean was one of the best film makers of all time when no one cared. When Tangerine debuted at Sundance PJ brought Ben Jacobson ( Director of Bunny @bunny.the.movie 2025 who he made @mo_stark77 aka Geoff Poppler who is also one of PJs best friends for a very long time) At that time Ben was just a friend who loved movies from NYC. Chris Huvane PJ’s manager at the time stayed with them and I just fucking love these 3. (Continued in comments)
