a few memories from last month.. I never worked on a project of this scale before. it was scary at times but I loved it, and I’m so proud of the result. I feel grateful to work with the kind and dedicated people of @noesis_bxl . Introducing 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗣 : our light engineer, scenographer, and now resident. Skip builds minimal sets where light interacts with space to highlight performers and enhance their perception. He uses shadows and darkness to build tension and give more weight to light. His work is about creating performances that feel direct, intense, and raw, using light and its absence to guide how people experience their environment. We’re really happy to have him with us. His work constantly evolves, and every time he arrives with new ideas that amaze us. What he brings is something rare, a dimension that’s not often developed or put forward in our scene, even though we believe it makes all the difference. We’ve seen him experiment with everything: tracking the DJ’s silhouette in real time, playing with curtains, lasers, textures, reflections… he never stops pushing boundaries. He started crafting these atmospheres in intimate settings, we wanted to offer him a wider playground. This is only a glimpse of what he can bring.
