Skin Graph is a powerviolence band currently split between Tupelo and Starkville Mississippi while Gnarl is a project from Starkville Mississippi that can only be described as a violent form of drone metal, and in January of 2026, two bands from north Mississippi set out on a short weekend tour through the scenes of deepest of the deep south.
Travelling through New Orleans, Hattiesburg, and Birmingham, the two bands were exposed to radically different DIY scenes through three states often dismissed by the wider world.
"Choosing Violence" will premiere on June 26th, 2026
