you can look at the greats and go 'how did they do it?..' and then give it a shot (no pun intended.)

using backgrounds from the music video shoot days, (or stock footage when we hadn't filmed a video) I went for this minimalist approach

WEEK 1: turning a shed into a video studio
the roof needed to be replaced. No two ways about it. This space has to be rainproof lol
with a hearty investment - the roof’s sorted. (That’s bit’s not DIY videos; that’s professionals)
but NOW I can pull out the soaked carpet and get to drying this place out
the carpet was actually in squares which makes things very straight forward
and I was expecting a rotten destroyed floor underneath but I discovered something incredible: the ground is concrete
so it’s entirely fine
step 1 sorted.
