The end of this month marks my 10 year anniversary and last day at @shopify . (Oh hi, IG!) 💚✌🏽
In 2013, Shopify and Jet Cooper joined forces to build Shopify Toronto… and the rest is history. I’m biased, but I really think we changed the course of tech in the city with what followed. Toronto is the greatest city in the world, and it’s time to build again.
A heartfelt thanks to @tobi , @harley , @craigmillr , my amazing team, my fellow founders, the incredible alumni, and Shopifolk everywhere for a journey of a lifetime. I’m excited to spend more time on life and also work on our family office with @aratisharma (more to come on that soon).
I love Shopify, I’ll miss being a part of it, and I’ll always be rooting for us.
