Raising orchid babies reminds me to pause. She doesn’t bloom every season but when she does, it makes all the love & care I pour into her daily worth it. Shedding is one of the most vulnerable things I have done recently. With that comes the loss of connection with some that I thought would always be around, the silence of sitting through uncomfortable moments of stagnation, the waves of uncertainty… On the other side of that, it allows us to magnify and nurture the relationships with those that show up unwavering, focus on building a stronger foundation to sustain long term change and practice resilience for future waves to come.
