I'm sad to announce the passing of my stepfather Hans Safer. He and my mom met 13 years ago and it was such a gift to have him and his laughter in our lives.
Funeral services will be held at Montrepose Cemetery on Sunday February 22nd at 11:00am, followed by a Celebration of Life from 12-3 at the Männer und Damenchor building on 37 Greenkill Ave

I’m excited to share that the inimitable Harrod Blank, the director I’ve been working with for the past several years, is having his films spotlighted on the Criterion Channel starting this month. The lineup will include the doc I edited “Why Can’t I Be Me Around You?” about Rusty Tidenberg, Maureen Gosling and Chris Simon’s film about Chris Strachwitz “This Ain’t No Mouse Music” as well as David Silberberg’s very funny portrait of Harrod “Oh my God It’s Harrod Blank!”
