In the first year of Scale Up 2027, we delivered record operational results and advanced our strategic priorities. In a dynamic market environment, SIX delivered in 2025 broad-based revenue growth driven by higher trading volumes and sustained demand across market data, indices, and banking services. Net operating income increased to CHF 1,496.5 million (+5.4% at constant exchange rates), while EBITDA excluding transformation costs rose by 23.4% at constant exchange rates to CHF 542.3 million. Our performance highlights the strength of our diversified business model and our focus on delivering reliable, efficient financial market infrastructure. While reported net results were impacted by a significant value adjustment related to Worldline, the adjusted Group net result, excluding these effects, grew by over 22%, underscoring the resilience of our core business. In 2026, we will continue to execute our Scale Up 2027 transformation program while strengthening our clients’ positions in Switzerland and abroad through investments in high-quality, cost-efficient, and innovative services. Welcoming the students to our Zurich office for the final presentation and handover was a real highlight 🤝. This year’s project was especially meaningful: one of the participants completed the program with the support of a SIX scholarship, empowering motivated individuals to transition into tech and data roles.
