Don’t let the sun set on a day without hugging those people in your life that matter most. Time is a cruel friend and an incredible thief. Time is the one commodity that I cannot buy or build more of. Once it’s gone, there’s no getting it back.
Today will eventually be lost to tomorrow and there is nothing I can do to prevent it or slow it down. And so these digital scrapbooks are my attempt at never losing a moment with the newest addition to my family just because I have to be at a construction site.

This is a thrilling time: the stage of a project where I bring together my A-teams from across every trade to create something truly exceptional.
As a developer mom, this moment always gives me great pause. I think back to when I first stepped into the new construction scene and went toe-to-toe with some well established Westchester builders only to lose contracts. I went from just starting out on my own in 2009 to now being able to compete and build with the best of them in 2026… and it’s an incredible feeling!
For me, it’s not just about building new homes. I want to raise the bar of what is considered “builder’s grade” with different teams of craftsmen that are dedicated to quality and building science.
