Meet Grace. Part of the furniture here at SITE, Grace has worked predominantly in the community and recreation space since she started as a student. Now as a Senior Architect in the practice, Grace advocates for the user experience, approaching each project with the same goal: a built environment that not only hits the client brief, but offers as much as possible to the end user and wider community. Spending most weekends at the beach with her partner and Golden Retriever, Grace thrives off community connection both within the Perth Architectural space and also at her local coffee shop.

Meet Steve. Having recently moved to Perth, Steve brings a fresh lens to the practice with experience from Shanghai and Melbourne, with a passion for vibrant and engaging public spaces. He brings strong skills in 3D modelling and visualisation, and enjoys all phases of a project, from concept through to project delivery. SITE Architecture Studio are happy to announce that our most recent 2-Storey Primary School project with the Department of Education, Western Australia for Caversham Primary School is starting on site in the coming weeks, with the Department of Housing and Works having recently appointed the Head Contractor.
Surrounded by farmland with the odd runaway sheep, and nestled amongst a grove of black cockatoo bush habitat, the project has been designed to reflect the semi-rural context of the site whilst creating a high quality contemporary teaching and learning environment.

Meet Chloe. Bringing with her a diverse range of industry experience in hospitality fit out and residential design, Chloe’s main interests lie in architecture, interior and landscape architecture. Joining earlier this year, Chloe brings a fresh approach to her projects, invigorated by her studies at University of Notre Dame, as she completed her final year of Bachelors of Architecture. Meet Calvin. Predominantly working on education and community projects in the office, Calvin approaches architecture with an artistic lens, bringing a creative richness and thoughtful approach to all of his work. We’re also excited to share that Calvin has recently earned his registration with the Board of Architects WA. Outside of the office, Calvin enjoys creating portrait art under the pseudonym Lok, with his most recent art project “Every story begins with a line”, where stories are celebrated and the collective wisdom of cultures can flourish.
A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of attending the Formal Opening and Blessing Ceremony of the recently completed Flexible Learning Centre at Chisholm Catholic College. The project is a culmination of several years of rigorous master planning and visioning with Chisholm Catholic College and Catholic Education Western Australia. The project is a testament to the college’s executive leadership team, including Principal John Bormolini who concludes his 12-year tenure at the college this year. We are thrilled to have completed another fantastic project with the college and look forward to seeing what the senior students and staff curate in this new space.

Meet Rosie. Having been with us for nearly 5 years, Rosie brings her love for heritage and creative design to a range of project types in the office, including education, commercial and residential. Rosie achieved a huge milestone of becoming a Registered Architect in WA earlier this year, adding to her valuable skill set that she brings to the studio. We’re very proud of Rosie and look forward to see some of her current projects starting on site very soon.
