Your private session includes one full hour of contrast therapy — a cycle of heat and cold featuring your own private sauna and cold plunge experience. A quiet space to reset, recover, and reconnect.

While private rooms are officially open, we’re also working hard behind the scenes to bring the community sauna experience online very soon. Once the community sauna is operational, our monthly memberships will officially launch as well.
