What a day. It’s a magical feeling to hear the ah! when people recognise our tins and share an enthusiasm for our mission. Such joy to be part of such a brilliant community, we walked away buzzing with excitement for what’s to come 👀

Six weeks of tapping, boiling and bottling now come to a close. Goodbye to the 2026 maple season 🌾🍁 we’re buzzing for your arrival in the UK!
Asado in the sun at Carmela’s home in Buenos Aires 🌞 A big family gathering with grilled meat at the centre. We used our Dark syrup for the matambrito marinade, a sweet and sticky sauce to balance the tender cut of pork. Eaten alongside salads and vegetables, enjoyed al fresco in the Argentine sun 🌷
