I ended up seeing first on Dropout Kings facebook that Bill changed his "handle" to "Black Cat Bill" so I personally wanted to create this image and draw him. I took inspiration from their music but also the interests of the artist and threw in some easters eggs lol. I tried to go for a very futuristic but still anime/videogame/super hero in mind.
