✨Elevated Heels Beg ~ Foundations, technique, and choreo. This class is twice a week! On Mondays we do more technique before we go into the choreo. On Wednesdays we go into choreo with more details on how to incorporate your technique. Sexy, sensual and fun!
✨Elevated Heels Adv ~ Musicality, expression and performance are more focused on in this class. Exploring the movement and the choreo in different ways, and leaning into the storytelling more. Sexy, sensual and fun!
✨Jazz Funk Beg ~ Technique, Jazz, some hip hop, fusion class! Focusing on jazz technique, turns, walks, lines, and more! Shoes or no shoes type of class!
✨Adult Hip Hop Beg 101 ~ A true foundational hip hop class, focusing on education, grooves, history, and technique!
✨SneaX Open ~ Think… Magic Mike with a twist..Open level that includes different fusion styles and grooves. Sexier side of things!

✨What’s Poppin Pilates - strength, sculpt, and stretch! This is a core focused class set to great music!

3 years ago I started my Empowered Alchemy Chair workshop series. My intention was to begin intertwining my work in sexual healing with sensual movement.. utilizing the chair as the dance partner.
What I found was a deep need from people who had a mistrust in their relationship with their bodies.. a fear of their sexual energy.. and an apprehension to their sensual connection of the two.
I created a space for people that allowed for the vulnerability and exploration through their curiosity of their own empowerment.. through sensual movement.
My workshops have grown and the ripple of healing that happens is growing with it! It’s not only changed my life, but so many people’s lives as well!
These workshops are 3 hours, and we take our time with breath work, intention setting, mirror work, dance technique, floor work, and of course fun with chairography and my favorite… hairography!
This workshop on June 13th is about grounding into your sensuality… playing with your own sexual expression.. and feeling safe enough to be SEEN in that expansion with others who are in that same frequency and journey.

Last night was another powerful night within my Empowered Alchemy chair workshop!
These workshops are more than dance.. we dive deep into intentional presence.. we are recreating our relationship with our bodies. We are tapping in, tuning in, and turning on our sexual energy through sensual movement. We are exploring ways to express that sexual energy through movement in a non judgmental safe space.. and we’re doing it in community.
Last night we explored playing with the TENSION of this song.. sensual tension, sexual tension, emotional tension.. There are a ton of different ways to describe this song with movement, and playing with the tension of it helped us all FEEL things differently.. and It challenged everyone in the room not only physically, but we had to drop into that trust with our bodies, and each other. We had to allow our bodies to lead in moments we wanted to take control.. everyone in that room had a perspective change, and THAT was MY intention.. a reconnection with your body through sexual expression and sensual movement, and find the fun in the process ✨👏👏
