Folks, we are officially in December, meaning we are in the final days of SingleCut North’s Tap Room at 6 Fairchild Square. Henceforth, let us kick off The Twelve Days of SingleCut North! Over the next 12 days we will be promoting/highlighting what makes this place so special to so many people. Twelve Days of SingleCut: Day 12 Today, we share the director’s cut and a word from the director himself, our very own Conor. “In my brief stint bartending at SingleCut, I’ve met some of the kindest people, have heard stories that I will retain for years to come, but most of all I’ve been lucky enough to be a part of this extremely welcoming community. One that accepted me so quickly it was a little jarring. In return, I wanted to contribute in the only way I know-Making a video about the taproom. This is “the director’s cut” promo. Words cannot express our gratitude for everyone who came out for our final blow out bash yesterday. As well as everyone that has frequented our Tap Room throughout the years. We shared something special together and we hope your memories will be as cherished as ours. T-minus one day to our final day of operation Saturday (and mondo blow out party!) So word to the wise, stock up while you can… freshly dropped HEAVY BOOTS OF LEAD Imperial Stout is here (this batch revised for even more chewy mouthfeel). And MAUD DOOB Imperial Schwarzbier is here too with its crisp, slightly roasty, nutty and mild fruit beauty. We’re open early 2 - 10pm, and in case we forgot to mention it don’t forget tomorrow’s blow out party! 🎈Live music, food trucks and hugs from all of us galore. 😘

Today, as with most Thursdays over the past 4+ years, we turn the mic over to our hostess with the mostess, our incomparable and beloved emcee: the one and only: Julie “It’s been a decade since I started hosting trivia, the last 4 years of which have been spent at Singlecut. A lot has changed in the last 10 years, arguably most in the last 4, but no matter what’s been going on world, grand scheme of things or just my own personal life, there’s always been trivia. It’s become a bubble, 2ish hours a week of shutting out the noise of the day to day, replacing it with chatter and cheers, a truly lovely hum cut through only by my own (admittedly boisterous) cackle at fun team names, silly answers, and or my own jokes, I love it. What I’ve loved the most, however, has been the opportunity to have a hand in fostering a consistent environment for groups of friends to gather and giggle. Watching new faces become regulars, getting to go overboard every holiday and wear my silly costumes, meeting y’all’s dogs, I’ve loved it all. To my beloved Singlecut teams, it has truly been a pleasure being your hostess with the mostess. Twelve Days of SingleCut, Day 10 Today, we thank Andy, Justin, and the folks at @fleetfeetalbanymalta . The second Wednesday of every month in 2025 have been meaningful when the community of local runners comes together to put in the miles, and toast their accomplishments. Thank you to all the tech reps who have driven across the Northeast to bring the latest and greatest in running shoes. Thank you to Clifton Park Beer Runners, the other local run clubs, and individuals who have shown up in the heat, cold, rain, and snow. A special shoutout goes out to Kim and Mike Wiegand (and Mochi!) who organized at 15-week run program in 2024. Join us for one last run club tonight at 6 Fairchild Square. Altra will be here with demos, and @andolinascateringcompany will be popping up with food for sale. To us, every day is global running day.
