If you’re new here, welcome! I’m Kathy and I am the owner of Simply K Studios, an east coast wedding photographer for the last 14 years. Destination weddings are limited for 2026-2027 and we only have two remaining openings for 2027, one for 2026. Our wedding day packages include coverage by two photographers, your edited images available via download approximately 6-8 weeks following your wedding date. Don’t hesitate to check in anytime with us. We are a small business and know the names and style of each of our second photographers who we work alongside. I am the one who reads and responds to your emails and calls and I am the one designing your wedding albums once you’re married. Hello lovelies, I am so glad you’re here. I’m a professional wedding photographer based in Connecticut. This past year I’ve photographed in CT, Newport, and Manhattan, as well as two travel weddings in October. I love documenting your day with a bit of editorial style so that your outpost are natural and timeless. Wedding photographers describe our work as timeless, classic, documentary, modern, and editorial. We add motion blur, grainy film looks, black & white versions and a variety of edits to create images to invoke emotion and memories. One of my latest favorite styles is CINEMATIC imagery - to me, those are photos that look like they came out of a 90’s rom-com, and they speak to the romantic whimsy and story of a couple. Once upon a winter {in Brooklyn} these two beautiful souls tied the knot. With their loved ones forming a reverse processional, they greeted everyone via ukulele song at this crisp morning elopement. Fueled by hot coffee, laughter, and happy tears, guests shared memories during the ring warming ceremony.
