My biggest opp last year was overthinking. After going through two unexpected losses in the summer, I didn’t have the direction or motivation I felt like was needed to make the things I wanted to see. Feeling grief that big felt like a burden to those around me, so I spent a lot of time being insular, which is never good. It feels daunting to ask for help in those times, and I’m still working on voicing when that’s true for me. But we need each other, and I’m thankful my community came to my aid.
