Earlier this year, I embarked on an unforgettable journey through the rarely visited Central African Republic with Condé Nast Traveller. We spent time with the extraordinary Bayaka people, watched magnificent lowland gorillas move through pristine rainforest, and stood in awe as more than fifty elephants bathed in pools of golden mud. We even caught a glimpse of the occasional Wagner mercenary along the way…

It was a lovely surprise to receive an award in this year’s AOP Awards, for our work with Six Senses X HarrimanSteel.
I’m very proud of the campaign that allowed me the time and space to create images I love.
