Afternoon tea on the parterre @hotelendsleigh and a river of locally grown flowers from @thegoodgrubbgarden A table dressed for a celebration for @rosyelesmore Bring on the laughter and the cake!
For Paula and Michael yesterday. The bluest sky, beautiful blooms and the incredibly reimagined setting of @tunnelsbeaches It was my first time back this year since, and I am blown away by the transformation of one of my favourite venues. A perfect day for a lovely couple.
Eventually everything comes full circle. A bridal bouquet delivered yesterday to the village I lived in 40 years ago, to the road I lived in, and where my journey into flowers began. Lily of the valley for the season, orchids to honour the bride’s heritage, cornflowers for the groom and a wedding at one of Cornwall’s most ancient estates.
It doesn’t always have to be about the big things. The first of the candelabra primula, a miniature rhododendron and a touch of viburnum combined in a beautiful vessel.
A joyous double celebration. Two years ago I flowered the wedding of dear friends with @theoldpostoffice17 in our local church, and exactly two years later they’ve welcomed their beautiful baby girl into the world.

A delightfully unexpected meeting @hotelendsleigh this morning has made my day. I hadn’t seen the lovely Becca from @thegardengateflowerco for ages, so when she opened the front door as I arrived, I was completely surprised! Our paths don’t cross very often, so for me it was all the more serendipitous.
