SPACE AND NATURE
“This place was born from my desire to create a space that could breathe with nature.
Concrete and wood, simple and essential, blend here in harmony with the surrounding environment.
The idea was to build a space that invites you to slow down and enjoy every moment.
Water completes the project, reflecting light and landscape. It becomes an integral part of the dialogue between architecture and nature, amplifying the sense of peace and continuity.”
— Simone Menasse
The renovation of this 1970s villa focused on enhancing wood, concrete, and large windows immersed in the surrounding greenery. The goal was to create a harmonious dialogue between interior and exterior, preserving the original character with minimal lines and authentic materials. Every element was chosen to honor the past and celebrate the timeless beauty of the villa.
