The ceremony was just about to start when the sky darkened and a tornado warning alarmed everyone’s phones. Guests rushed to safety, florals toppled, water flooded the aisle, and the wind made sure everyone had a story to tell.
Here’s the thing about wedding days: no matter how perfectly you plan, surprises happen. And when they do, having the right team in place makes all the difference.
Within 45 minutes, the incredible venue staff and planner had everything cleaned up and reset after the storm had safely passed. The wind stilled, and in the most cinematic moment of the day, the sun broke through the clouds the very second Katie made her way down the aisle.
It was unforgettable, beautiful, and a perfect reminder that while you can’t control the weather, you can surround yourself with people who will handle anything thrown your way with calm, care, and a little bit of hustle.
