Decidere i propri NO è l’unico modo per dare ossigeno ai propri SÌ.
• Sì al movimento che scuote le ossa.
• Sì alla luce che disturba chi preferisce il buio.
• Sì alla voglia di Essere l’anomalia, l’eccezione, il salto nel vuoto.

Emptying oneself is necessary to remember who we are beneath the weight of others' expectations. Boundaries should not be prisons. Breaking the pattern is not a mistake; it is a duty to one’s own energy.
Deciding your own NOs is the only way to give oxygen to your Yeses. * Yes to the movement that shakes the bones. * Yes to the light that disturbs those who prefer the dark. * Yes to the desire to Be the anomaly, the exception, the leap into the void.
