Finally in a space to share that our baby boy is finally here and arrived on 11/11. ✨ words cannot explain what the past 10 months have been & the journey experienced in the present moment. All I can say is womanhood and motherhood is no joke. We are truly superhuman and so divine. I am so blessed to experience this side of life. I am so overwhelmed, overjoyed, and filled with gratitude. It’s definitely not easy & Everyday is different but I give thanks to everyone who’s shown their love, support, and grace, near and afar. Welcome to the world son, your village is strong, & we love you. 😊
At the end of January I saw that @rdgterminalmkt hosted #marriedatthemarket. Curiously, looking at their website at that time, I was met with a closed registration but I decided to give it a shot and still reach out for a change to be one of the 10 couples married simultaneously. Surprisingly, The next email I got was “see you on the 14th!”Who knew that a simple email could have gotten us one of the most spontaneous, unique, exciting and memorable experiences we could have asked for. Not only did I get to marry @re_mus324 my best friend, my rider, protector, and provider, I got to do it on #valentinesday the #eagles #superbowl parade day, in front of our newborn, family, friends and strangers full of celebratory energy and well wishes. Thank you to all my sisters to helped with this wild process, to each couple, to everyone who came out, and to everyone who’s shown love for us and our family. I’m still in awe ❤️ officially a #jawnson now 😂😍

This day and time last year was wilddd.
Last minute acceptance to @rdgterminalmkt married at the market. Eagles parade day. Arrival time jump from around 11am to about 8 or so & getting ourselves and A newborn ready. Lawdd. lol so honored to have all who were able to show up for us and for the love that was sent from afar.
So far I’ve been reminded to give ourselves grace, to lead with love in the drivers seat, to define our relationship the way WE want to, to tune out all the noise, and that this thangg takes work, real work— and it’s worth every second.
Lucky to have someone who would do anything for his family. Gratitude is an understatement ❤️happy 1 year anniversary @re_mus324 and cheers to many more.
