Si vous avez aimé Habitat ou Prophet de l'auteur, préparez-vous à retrouver le "Griz Grobus-verse" dans une anthologie de science-fiction absolument fascinante. Simon Roy ne se contente pas de raconter des histoires ; il documente des époques. 🌌
À travers plusieurs récits s’étalant sur des millénaires, on suit l’évolution (et la chute) de l’humanité sur une Terre méconnaissable. Ce n’est pas de la SF brillante et technologique, c’est une science-fiction « organique » et poussiéreuse, où le futur ressemble étrangement au passé. 🏺
Ce qui m’a marqué :
✨ Le Worldbuilding : Un mélange unique d’artefacts high-tech oubliés et de tribus primitives. C’est dense, cohérent et visuellement époustouflant.
🎨 Le Style : Le trait de Roy est brut, détaillé, rappelant parfois Moebius mais avec une texture beaucoup plus viscérale.
📖 La Structure : Ce n’est pas une seule aventure, mais une mosaïque de vies qui, mises bout à bout, racontent l’histoire d’un monde.
Un indispensable pour les fans de récits post-apocalyptiques qui sortent des sentiers battus. La preuve que la SF peut être aussi sauvage qu’intellectuelle. ☄️
