Vilken härlig midsommarhelg det blev🥰 Fredagen spenderades med vänner & bekanta för en hejdundrande midsommar firande. Lördagen inleddes med en tur ner till Båstad & @chocolaterian_norrviken för en mysfika i solen för att sedan avsluta dagen med middag & härligt umgänge på stan. Söndagen spenderades på ett 2-års kalas😊 Helt enkelt en helt fantastisk helg🌸😊
För 2 år sedan stod jag på andra sidan jorden och hoppades att jag skulle hinna hem och säga hejdå. Jag hann inte och för det klandrar jag mig själv. Att inte kunna ringa dig och höra din härliga stämma gör väldigt ont. Ett öppet sår som fortfarande blöder och som kommer blöda länge. Du är min bästa vän, min idol, den jag såg upp till och ringde varje gång jag va osäker på minsta lilla. Du tog dig alltid tid att prata. Jag saknar dig så otroligt mycket momo. Vi ses snart i himlen och då ska jag berätta allt för dig❤️💔

2022 what a year I have behind me. The year started with going back to Lucerne and Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland for my last semester in pastry and chocolate art, going through that semester was not the easiest thing I have done but with a lot of laugh, sweat and tears I got through Term 3 and it was finally time for internships and first I got too Greece and Messini Beach Club. When I first came to Greece I was so lonely för the first few days. I disentangled from speaking to anyone for the first 3 days, but suddenly I started to talk with people and I never stopped talking haha, from Greece I will take a lot of memories and new friends with me and I believe the people I’ve met in Greece changes me to a better version of myself. Sadly I broke my finger in August so I needed to leave after 5 months. But I had something to look forward to, Qatar and FIFA World Cup 2022, which wasn’t what I had expected. I met a lot of nice people that I will have with me för a long time in my life, and also some new experiences. Working in a whole new country was hard, especially in a country where everything is illegal. And now 2023 I have no clue what you have you expect but I know I’m looking forward to seeing what you have för me.

Already 4 weeks in on my last internship at @culinaryartsacademyswitzerland & Doha,Qatar is a fantastic beautiful city. Middle East is absolutely not what I expected & I'm really looking forward for the rest of this 5 months here. Here is a little photo dump of my first 4 weeks.
I have no idea what this adventure has to expect but I know that I have some really fun stuff to do before i leave the middle east for this time.
