The cookbook is coming along nicely. We are almost done!! Plants On Fire - Focuses on of course, fire and plants but making it easy, delicious and doable.
We got to spend the night cooking for some amazing book store owners, food writers and book aficionados. This was all done in the beautiful @cibi_minanoie a perfect space and perfect hosts. They are also releasing a cookbook soon and so @harpercollinsaustralia put together a Dinner Club to showcase both our work. Inspiring to say the least.
The photos for my book were all taken by the brilliant @haydendib so get ready to have a whole bunch of beautiful shots accompanied by some beautiful food. 😉😍
Who doesn’t love pizza? @Simon.toohey and John are back with another delicious potato hack — this time using potato as the Pizza base. Made with smashed baked potatoes, it’s a simple way to create a gluten-free pizza alternative while boosting your veggie intake. Yum! 😍🍕🥔

Hemp Ricotta pancakes
1 cup @hempfoodsaustrtalia hemp ricotta – see hemp ricotta recipe in previous reel
1cup oat milk
3 egg
50gm caster sugar
5ml vinegar
pinch salt
1.5 cup flour
1tsp baking powder
½ teaspoon bi-carb
For the top
Butter
Maple syrup
Extra hemp seeds
Mix the wet together and the dry together then put the wet into the dry and mix around, cook in a pan with a little butter and serve warm with your favourite toppings

Last week got me on the @littlefoodfestival stage cooking up a storm with the @carisma_potatoes team. It was such a blast. I live for days like this. Teaching, cooking, learning and spreading food joy!

It was really lovely to share the story behind our upcoming CIBI cookbook 「OSOZAI ~ everyday Japanese home cooking」, and to serve a few of our favourite dishes for everyone to taste☺️

@simon.toohey and Farmer John had a great time at last week’s @littlefoodfestival , teaching kids how to make an upside‑down shepherd’s pie — genius and delicious. The best part about a dish like this? You can use leftovers or whatever you’ve got in the fridge and the result will always be seriously tasty. 🥔😋
