We are incredibly proud to share that four of our #slavicartists clients have been selected to participate in this year’s International Screen Acting Workshop (ISAW) at one of Europe’s leading film schools - the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Germany.
Ivona Tomiek, Iva L. Šimić, Jelena Laban and Lazar Đurđević were chosen among only 14 participants worldwide in this year’s edition, marking an exceptional achievement for our actors and a meaningful step forward for regional talent.
For more than 20 years, ISAW has been hosting its intensive screen-acting programs at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, recognized as one of the world’s foremost institutions for film education. In 2016, ISAW, in partnership with E-Talenta, launched a highly regarded international training initiative designed to equip emerging actors with the tools they need to thrive in an increasingly global industry.
The program develops participants’ craft both practically and theoretically, with masterclasses led by experienced industry professionals from around the globe. The curriculum covers a wide spectrum - from screen acting, coaching, and casting, to self-marketing, networking and understanding the globalization of today’s film market.
Through their collaboration, E-Talenta and ISAW play a key role in promoting international talent and making them visible to renowned casting directors worldwide. We are truly honored to see our Balkan region actors represented on this stage and to continue pushing regional talent into the international market.
