Last weekend we had the opening of our exhibition with @robvisrobvis and Mr something in the @kunstkerk.dordrecht in my hometown. As I prefer painting outdoor I first had my doubts but decided to straight dive into the opportunity to fill this awesome space with two people that had been of great influence on my painting career. The first idea was to actually do an exhibition about the history of graffiti in Dordrecht but to make that work we need way more time, so that will be something for later.
So we figured as we did before on the streets to make the exhibition about collaboration, working together on a few big works. Proper, symbolic and a nice way to show the best parts of working on the street, inspiring each other. As expected the proces between Rob and me went pretty much effortless and I'm really happy with the result. Sadly the third person never really wanted to collaborate but rather turn it into some match of sorts. I let that go just being disappointed in the weird way things where going. Trust the process became very symbolic and ironic for the proces behind the screens. All in all I'm very happy the kunstkerk gave us the opportunity to present our mural like works in a indoor setting. The opening was awesome!! A really big thanks you to @boybastiaans

🚨 4 APRIL - CLEAN THE SCENE 2.0 🚨
Deze zaterdag vieren we de onthulling van het vernieuwde skatepark Maasplaza, in Dordrecht. De afgelopen week hebben 10 Dordtse artiesten zich ingezet om ons geliefde park een frisse facelift te geven. En dat mag gevierd worden!
Van 14:00 tot 18:00 uur host lokale legende @burritodiablo de Mexicaanse BBQ, draaien DJ’s @_djwess , @alex_laman , @diggy_rast en @ronaldvijsma sfeervolle plaatjes, komen er sprekers waaronder burgemeester Nanning Mol en park-oprichter Daan de Houten. Ook is er een kunstcontainer met prints van de artiesten te zien als onderdeel van de @openatelierroutedordrecht . Gratis eten, drinken en natuurlijk is iedereen welkom.
Het project georganiseerd door @_wessismore , @simian_switch en @steefofferhaus is een initiatief om het park toegankelijk te maken voor iedereen die een plek zoekt om te chillen, skaten en creatief bezig te zijn. Met het jaarlijks terugkerende project zorgen we ervoor dat het park een aantrekkelijk visitekaartje blijft voor de entree van onze mooie schapenkoppenstad.
De kunstwerken zijn mede gerealiseerd door @_wessismore , @simian_switch , @steefofferhaus , @alex_laman , @art_by_anouk_x , @senpaigraffiti , @jikkebenikke , @gyalaxi , @monshouwerdesign en @zekcist . Dit project wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door @gemeentedordrecht , @iconoclash_078 , @boelsrental en @decoprof.nl .

Epoxy handmade freestyle mask. When making these masks I always freestyle, I don't make a sketch before starting to clay. I have some ideas in my head but during the progress I just go with the flow and an impulse here and there. They are wearable, pretty comfortable and very suitable for your cult-related activities, sex dungeon aspirations or a good old bank robbery.

Bazarre Artistique is a family-friendly event and free to visit.
