A lovely gentleman from my hometown collects all sorts of antiques. While I was taking an ID photo in his photo studio, he showed me some wonderfully crafted Japanese books collected long time ago. Hand-sewn, very carefully made, handwritten, on handmade paper. I wonder what stories they tell…??
Works by Masahisa Fukase, Naito Masatoshi, Daido Moriyama and Kiyoshi Koishi (Thanks @zzzenyr !:)). Huge inspiration coming from their work, which I had pleasure of writing about in my thesis
