Yearning Love — Part II: Unconditional 🧡
This work began as a study of two emotional palettes:
conditional love and unconditional love.
I now step into the second phase.
Unconditional love — love that is given freely, without expectation, limitation, or condition; steady, accepting, and constant regardless of circumstance.
Expressed here through
cadmium orange, cadmium yellow, burnt umber, and white—
tones that hold warmth, depth, and quiet surrender.
Where conditional love negotiates,
unconditional love simply exists.
This is not about perfection—
it’s about presence.

Some might think a DPS year out puts you a year behind, but for me, it’s been four years of growth packed into one!
After a year on the Diploma in Professional Studies at Central Saint Martins, I’m finally ready to share what this journey has meant. My time abroad became a period of cultural, conceptual, and technical growth — a year that reshaped my practice and prepared me for my final year at CSM.
