🟪 Meet the second artist of the night: @silvr.j (00:00-01:00)
SILVЯ (Argyro Giannakidi) is a Greek DJ / Architect currently based in the
Netherlands, with strong roots in the underground DIY rave scene. While
studying architecture and design, SILVЯ began experimenting with the
relationship between sound and space, shaping an approach to the
dancefloor that continues to define her practice.
She gravitates toward electro-influenced minimal beats built around deep,
rolling basslines. Her sets unfold patiently, using stripped-down grooves,
hypnotic repetition, and subtle shifts to draw the crowd into a focused trance.
For SILVЯ, the dancefloor is a temporary community shaped by vibration and
rhythm, where deep bass, shared movement, and underground ethos converge
into a space of collective release.

Either I’m getting older or just tired, hard to tell the difference lately. The sun here barely shows up, those rare thin rays in the Netherlands that are supposed to fix something in me but don’t quite reach deep enough, not really. I keep waiting for that shift in mood, like vitamin D as a miracle, but it’s slower than me.

It’s strange because this wasn’t an accident.No sudden wrong turn, no slipping on something invisible. I walked here. I walked straight into it. I chose it. I kept choosing it actually, step after step, even when I didn’t really know what “it” was yet. Just moving toward something that didn’t even have a shape. Just a direction maybe. A pull.
And now I’m here.
And my head is constantly full. Like carrying a bag full of thoughts that never empties no matter how much you unpack. You take one out and three more appear. Everything is loud in there.
Heavy.
But somewhere under all that noise. At least I found something I like.
Which sounds simple when you say it like that. Almost stupidly simple. But it’s not simple. Because nobody tells you that finding something you love is expensive. Really expensive.
You pay with distance. With time. With people you miss. With streets you know by heart but only through memory now. With parts of your old life slowly fading until they become stories you tell instead of places you live in.
Like cutting the rope behind you.
And then cutting it again just to make sure.
Just to make sure you can’t go back even if you panic.
And sometimes I do panic.
One more gathering for the books.
Deeply grateful to be part of a community filled with so much love, care, and generosity. It is always a joy to return to Greece and spend meaningful time with friends and family. Some feelings go far beyond words.

Also kinda stressed.
Not much.
Just a tasteful sprinkle of stress.
I should really drink some water. I’ve gone full desert-camel mode today. All day: zero pee. Not a single drop. My kidneys are filing HR complaints as we speak.
Sometimes when I wake up from a nap my eyes are burning like I’ve stared directly into the sun or spent three hours doomscrolling memes (both valid).
