I have had the tender pleasure of conversationally collaborating with the wonderfully sensitive cat that is Mr. Graham Panther of the gorgeous giggle ; writer, thinker, big feeler, question ponderer, dig-down question teaser, lived experience peer, mental health advocate and co-founder of the @bigfeelsclub with the fabulously human @honor_eastly ! Big Feels At Work is a podcast for mental health workers with big feelings of their own. I’ve been a big fan of Big Feels Club stuff for ages and the award winning “No Feeling Is Final” podcast produced by both Honor and Graham has seriously (!) been a lifeline, a knowing lived experienced , Explicitly Human resource which always makes me feel like I’m not the only one who wrestles this big feel, sensitive stuff! You should listen to it. I can’t rave on enough about the vitally important work these cats are doing in this living experience space. I’ve been listening to the Big Feels At Work podcast for some time now and it genuinely is a bittersweet experience- wishing I’d known about it or had access to something similar whilst working in the trenches.
