Triple rainbow all the way!! 🤩🌈🌈🌈🤩 This pieces is the sparkliest one yet! Rainbow on the inside, outside, and the foot!! And a galaxy in the middle!? Couldn’t get more magical if I tried! 🤩 Sometimes you just want to see something exist in the world no matter how long it takes to make 🤪 am I glad i made it? YES! Will I do it again? Unlikely! 🤣 jk I’m a glutton for a process that takes forever so I’ll probably make something that takes even longer to create 😁 So tell me…do you think I should make another piece with even MORE rainbows? 🌈🤔 This piece has already been claimed but if you don’t want to miss out on my next collection (dropping end of May!) I highly suggest becoming a subscriber right here on my page! As a subscriber you’ll enjoy password protected early access to all my work! Come for the drop cancel anytime 💖

I made all new pink and purple glazes inspired by my evening flower walks ☺️ spring time in Portland is bursting with life and ideas! I’ve been studying glaze chemistry a lot lately and it was fun to use that knowledge to create this spring time palette 🩷💜 Ive been debating whether or not to pivot mid collection and make these glazes and I’m so glad I did! Being able to immediately implement them into my work is def the right decision. My next collection is going to be SO FRESH. 💐 If you want first dibs when it drops, become a subscriber right here ☺️ I always give subscribers password protected early access and most collections never even make it to a public sale 😅 Also I want to say thank you for interacting with this post. I love knowing you’re still enjoying what I’m making 🥰 can’t stop won’t stop! Next up a full new rainbow of glazes! Then glaze luster!! Gah! I’m so excited!🥳

In my soft girl era. Creating beautiful vessels for abundant spring bouquets is exactly where I need to be 🥰💐 This piece deserved its own appreciation post 😍 Made from wheel-thrown lavender porcelain. I created each filigree frame from 6 different tinted porcelains, then carved a magical rainbow into each window. Finished with real 22kt gold accents and my signature glitter inlay! To me it says, “the cosmic calm after the storm is always there when you look for it” ☁️🌈 What does this piece say to you?

The first finished pieces of 2026 🥳💐 These three made their debut this past weekend in the “You’re Invited” show at @oregoncoastschoolofart . Huge thank you to @free_ceramics and @homiesean_ for putting together such a beautiful show and opening 💗 check out the last slide to see the work on display ☺️ Seeing my work in a gallery space outside of the screen is always surreal. Something that lived in my head, now existing out in the world, being seen, interpreted, and felt by other people. I don’t show my work in person very often, so it always feels a little extra vulnerable in the best way 🥹 I’ve never been shy a day in my life but showing my work IRL brings out the shyness lurking in me 🫣🤭 The show is up until June! Plenty of time to see it if you’re in the area or passing through. 2 of the 3 have already found homes! but one is still available! And for the first time ever, I’m letting go of control and having the gallery handle the sale 😅😆 I’ve been selling my own work for 20 years but there’s a first time for everything! Emily is a dear friend who ran the gallery at the @archie_bray for many years and I couldn’t think of a person I would trust more to handle this for me. If this piece is calling to you, reach out to @free_ceramics or @oregoncoastschoolofart for details. It’s out of my hands… truly 😆 Which one would you take home? 💐

This is my take on “April showers bring May flowers” 💐☺️ I wanted it to feel like it’s bursting with life… like the joy cannot be contained! Spring has sprung!! 🥳 A full 360° centerpiece moment 💫 This vase (and two others) will be a part of an invitational Oregon Artist group show at the @oregoncoastschoolofart High Street Gallery alongside @wongweiceramics @homiesean_ @ilaroseart @boo.hag.mccrea and @free_ceramics . The show opens Saturday, April 11th and runs through June. If you’re in southern Oregon come see it IRL🤩 If you’ve been looking for a statement piece… this might be it! What do you think? Would you take this vase home?

Here is how I made a goblet fit for a Queen! 👑 Every piece I make starts on the wheel. Then I use as many techniques as humanly possible to create the object I see in my head 😆 This one is thrown in two separate pieces, dripped with slip, carved, and decorated in a Wedgwood inspired style and meticulously assembled. After the first firing it’s glazed with custom mixed glazes before being fired to its highest temperature. This melts the glaze and causes it to flow like running water. I love how the drips freeze as the glaze cools down from peak temp in the kiln. Next I add the 22kt gold luster accent and fire it again to a much lower temperature. After 3 firings and countless hours I add one final step. The glitter inlay of course! I custom mix ultra fine glitter into resin before piping it into the pre carved grooves in the base for a stunning pastel rainbow and squeeze a flood of glitter into the carved out clouds. Voila! A stunning drinking vessel is born! Would you sip a morning coffee or have a glass of wine from this beauty? Tell me what you think in a comment! Also! Don’t hesitate to become a subscriber right here on my page! You’ll always know when my next collection will be released! Here’s a first look at what’s in progress in my studio 🤩 I share a lot of this in my stories, but it felt like time to bring it here too! This collection is really starting to come together and I’m so excited about where it’s going. I keep thinking of it as a rainbow heart explosion through the gloopy gravity of life. Like no matter how messy things get, love and joy still shine through 🌈🥳🥰 I can see it all so clearly in my head and watching it come to life is the best part. I can’t wait to share more with all of you!! So far there are 6 Vases, 4 jewelry boxes, a dozen or so mugs, and a few other extras! I’m especially excited about the jewelry boxes because they double as small bud vases 💐 Follow along to see all the finished pieces and become a subscriber for first dibs before they’re gone! 🥰

This past weekend was truly life changing. I feel like I’m fully re-inspired with a clear direction to follow! I traveled all the way to Dunedin Florida to take an “in-glaze luster” workshop with @lisazolandz (and surprise guests, the MOTHERS of rainbows themselves, Fiona of @watergawceramics and Annie of @crystallineceramics 🥳 It was such a treat to have all 3 of them in one room!!) The work that they all have been doing to bring more rainbows to this world is truly inspiring 🤩🌈 The pure magic and curiosity of glaze chemistry is literally everything to me!! Lisa led the workshop and generously shared her research with us AND taught us how to build a reduction kiln in a trash can! 😆 the results speak for themselves! It was a whirlwind weekend that left my heart full to the brim and running over 💗 The fact that people have been researching luster for at least 1000 years absolutely blows my mind. 🤯 Humans LOVE shiny things!! For centuries this technique was kept very close to the chest by the people who knew how to do it. That’s why it feels so incredible to see it being shared so openly by @lisazolandz @crystallineceramics @watergawceramics . What a gift to the world!! True rainbow alchemists! It’s also definitely something you have to want to practice and be willing to fail at… a lot 😆 This is NOT a commercial glaze!! Being in a room full of people who are obsessed with the magic of glaze luster chemistry and chasing rainbows was indescribable 🥹😭💗💗💗 Grateful is honestly an understatement. I am always learning and growing. This experience makes me so excited for the future! 🥹🌈💞🥰🤗 Special thanks to @potteryboys for hosting such an incredible weekend and providing the space and care for this to happen. I am forever grateful to have met all of you!!
