We all desire to be well rested and wake easily in the morning. Well here are some ways you can help yourself to achieve that!
- Gradually increase lighting right when you wake up. Instead of harshly flipping on your lights all at once, slowly increase the lighting to help you wake up and adjust to it!
- If you love natural lighting (who doesn't?) try incorporating automated shades. You can set them to roll up at a certain time, sync with your alarm clock, when you make your morning cup of Joe, or really whenever you'd like! Available in many shades, colors, opacity, and much more.
- Set music to turn on softly in the morning when you awake to stimulate your brain easier to waking up! This can also be set up in the Savant Pro App.
