It’s not about avoiding failure or pain. It’s about absorbing it, adapting, and continuing forward anyway.
It’s showing up when you don’t feel like it, getting back up after setbacks, and staying committed over time. Today after 13 years in and out if the mats I was able to truly understand this….. got my black belt from @seanbjj20@tomdeblass@silverbacknova ….. to everyone that has been along this journey all I can say it’sMUCHAS GRACIAS…. Now gotta go out there and defend this with honor.
