“Digital arv” (2024) installation på @carparkfestival
Den digitale debut for de yngste sker gradvist tidligere. De bliver udstyret med iPads, som de lærer at betjene og manøvrere på rekordtid - midt i en formativ, plastisk tid tiltænkt udvikling af færdigheder og sansning af den fysiske verden. Det ligger nærmest tillært fra fødslen; nærmest som om det er indkodet i deres DNA.
Hvad hvis det er?
Antag, at moderen besidder en digital afhængighed. Kan det være arveligt ligesom alkoholisme, misbrug eller tilmed som social arv kan være nedarvet fra forælderen? Ville du sige, at det var en dårlig ting? Hvad hvis vores digitale adfærdsmønstre er en del af evolutionen, og faktisk er en nødvendighed for menneskets videre udvikling?
