Amy’s Dead-End Dreamhouse - March 2025 🎬
I loved reading these scripts.
I loved building this set.
I loved working with these people.
It’s not everyday you get to work on a job that makes you feel less crazy. Working on the set of Amy’s Dead-End Dreamhouse was exactly the experience you sign up to be in the film industry for.
This show makes light of the horrors of adulthood. It’s a playful take on the stressors of growing up after you’re already a grown up - a kids show for adults. This was a very important job to me & will always hold a warm place in my heart. 💙💚🧡
Plus I got to meet @sunderisaband 🤟🏻
Also, I love swiping back and forth between the set build irl and my model. It’s soooo cute 🥹

Yosemite - April 2022🏔️
Some of my favorite people & I took an impromptu trip to Yosemite sparked by a random campsite opening.
The only spare roll of film I brought with me was some dumb, fake light leak party film I had laying around. It was my first time visiting Yosemite & it was absolutely enchanting.
I was so bummed when I got my scans back - so silly to be in such a stunning place with the stupidest film stock ever. Not to mention my camera had a REAL light leak too! 😂
Now, I kinda love the stupid red flares. It reminds me of how quickly we jumped in the car completely unprepared to have an amazing adventure.

Mom & The PNW 🌅 August 2024
My mom was living in Olympia and picked me up in Seattle. She drove me around Washington state for two days showing me all the cool spots she’d discovered since living there.
We made a list of all the stories we’d tell if we were to make a TV series of our lives (Silkwood Series).
Turns out we share a lot of the same core memories & defining moments.
She was hellbent on taking me to Canada, so we took a ferry to Victoria and then back again 4 hours later - just to say we did it.
& that we did.

Just got some film rolls back and I’m especially jazzed about a couple of snaps from Sam’s visit to LA last month. It always makes you feel cool to see cool photos you took of your friends looking cool.

Really though I’m so obsessed with the first photo & last few (for similar reasons) but I think I’m mostly just obsessed with Sam.
Our friendship is over 15 years old and I’m sitting here looking at these pictures feeling so grateful to know Sam the way that I do. Someone who’s seen all my eras and personal growth over the years is a value that only passing of time could show me.
Sam reminds me of who I’ve always been and who I’d like to be - I’m so lucky my circle continues to cross paths with his again & again. Some of my favorite times in life have been in the midst of those intersections.
& I’d like to do more of that.
