I wanted to share some of my favorite photos from shoots with Marigold over the last few years. When I started this career of mine who knew luxury childrenâs wear would play such a pivotal role but here I am. Working with kids continues to keep me a student of this craft while constantly reminding me to stay rooted in curiosity and brings me back to the heart of my creativity. â¤ď¸â¨

Join us Thursday, July 31st at 6:30 pm to support, celebrate, and uplift the incredible artist Monique Dove.
Money Where Your Mouth Is is more than just an art event, itâs a call to action for Columbia, SC to rethink how we support our local creatives. #columbiasc loves the arts and we enjoy going to exhibitions and viewing art, but that love doesnât always translate into purchasing art. The lack of sales have a direct impact on artistsâ survival and ability to live and create more work/art.
Money Where Your Mouth Is aims to change the current narrative of the Columbia art scene. Yes, this event is free and open to the public and there will be free cocktails for guests. But the organizers will also be inviting and reaching out to those who appreciate art and have the means to pay for art. The goal is to work together as a community to sell art.
Money Where Your Mouth Is takes place on July 31st at 6:30PM. Bring your checkbook, bring your cash, and bring your Amex cards. This event is the first of its kind and the inaugural artist is the talented Monique Dove and her wonderful work will be for sale.
