“Star energy is about empathy and love - both for the people we know and the ones we haven’t met yet.
For many years, I felt most confident in a swimsuit at the swimming pool. I loved the competitive environment and the feeling of being truly good at something.
Today, I’m learning to find that confidence within myself - and to make peace with where I am in life. I’m also learning that movement doesn’t always have to be intense or demanding. Sometimes, the most meaningful moments are simply long walks with the people you love.
Women inspire me endlessly. I love supporting and following women who are chasing something - whether it’s justice, dreams, or something entirely their own.
If I were to give this necklace to someone, it would be my older sister. She has always given me the space to be exactly who I am and supported me through difficult times - especially when I stopped swimming. For that, I will always be grateful.”
