Day one at the DOU Day was exactly how we hoped it would be: dynamic, busy, full of conversations, new connections, and familiar faces we were genuinely happy to see again.
One of the best parts? Hearing people come to our stand saying:
“Wait, I know you, you’re one of the top IT companies!” ❤️
This year, we brought a Matrix vibe to the event with our booth design, a lot of interactive activities, and even more opportunities for people to network, meet each other, and start conversations together.
We also introduced our AI solution, Sima, shared more about our AI expertise, and talked with attendees about how businesses are already transforming the way they work with AI today.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, joined the activities, asked questions, shared feedback, and spent time with us today.

🫶Щороку у Центрі народжується близько 2000 нових життів. Тут рятують найменших та найвразливіших — передчасно народжених дітей, малюків з ускладненнями, а також немовлят, переведених з інших пологових будинків.
Збір триватиме до 30 червня 2026 року.
Крихітне життя потребує нашої турботи! Кожен донат допоможе втілити цей проєкт у життя!

✨️Великий збір до дня народження – це особливий та символічний для нас проєкт, який розпочався у 2024 році. Тоді ми разом зібрали понад 1,7 млн гривень на проєкт захисту українських міст від ворожих обстрілів. Проєкт був реалізований у партнерстві з @kharkiv.it.cluster . У 2025 році ініціативу продовжили новим збором на розбудову медичного реабілітаційного центру @unbroken.ukraine , де проходять процес відновлення сотні наших захисників та цивільних. Разом зібрали понад 675 тисяч гривень.

This year, we asked our colleagues to look back through their cameras and photo galleries and share moments from our journey together. Old team photos, first projects, office memories, conferences, celebrations, random snapshots that somehow became part of our story.
And looking through these photos, one thing stands out the most: the people. Many of our colleagues have been with Sigma Software for over then 20, 15, 10 years.
In an industry that changes constantly, this means a lot to us. It speaks about trust, growth, friendships, and the kind of culture people choose to stay part of for years.

Yesterday, Valery Krasovsky, CEO and Co-Founder of Sigma Software Group, joined the panel “Battle-Tested Innovation: Scaling Ukraine’s Defense Tech Globally” in Washington, DC, alongside Stanislav Hryshyn (General Cherry), Debra Cagan (Atlantic Council), and Vitaliy Goncharuk (A19Lab).
The discussion took place as part of a dedicated forum on Ukraine’s defense tech sector, organized by Defence Builder, Diia.City Union, and General Cherry, with Ukraine House as a host partner, and focused on how Ukraine moves from battlefield innovation to a scalable global defense tech industry.
A few insights from Valery:
The perception of Ukraine’s defense tech sector has already shifted. It is no longer seen as something to support, but as a real, investment-driven market, backed by concrete deals and market signals.
• Swarmer (SWMR) is already on the stock exchange.
• Buntar Aerospace received investment from Axon Enterprise.
• Sine Engineering became the first investment from a $150M US–Ukraine fund.
Ukrainian defense tech is already moving through a full market cycle.
This is not just growth, but system formation. Infrastructure is already taking shape.
• Brave1 Market acts as a centralized marketplace of solutions, essentially an “Amazon for defense tech.”
• Defence Builder is developing an ecosystem that brings together startups, capital, and partners to scale technologies beyond the battlefield.
The shift is from fragmented innovation to an ecosystem that can scale.
Export is the next structural shift. Defense tech can match and exceed Ukraine’s ~$6–7B IT export and do so relatively fast. At the same time, export in this sector is a controlled, strategic mechanism tied to security and geopolitical considerations, which is why it will open step by step.
Finally, we are already inside a global race. More countries are entering this space, and this is not a temporary surge, but the beginning of a new cycle of technological competition in which Ukraine is already an active participant.

What to expect? A light warm-up, a 5 km run, and a finish in our favorite format: coffee, networking, and a Q&A session with Anna about running and recovery.

During the Oscar season at Sigma Software, we ran a small internal challenge inspired by one simple idea: what if iconic movies were actually about IT?
We asked our colleagues to use AI tools and reimagine world-famous film posters through an IT lens.
And the results were exactly what you would expect from a team that lives in code and creativity at the same time.

Katherine Tuluzova, CEO of Sigma Software, in the TOP 50 Business Leaders of Ukraine!
Katherine joined Sigma Software 17 years ago as a Junior Java Developer. Since then, she built and scaled the company’s presence across the USA, Canada, and LATAM, grew the US market share to 50% of total sales, and scaled an R&D hub in Brazil to 70+ engineers. In 2025, she became CEO and the company accelerated: 12% growth, 65+ new clients across the US, Europe, and MENA, and a 99% client satisfaction rate in 2026.
Under her leadership, Sigma Software continues to scale globally — expanding into new markets, deepening domain expertise in key industries, and strengthening its position through international certifications. The strategic direction is clear: focused industry expertise, a growing global footprint, and AI embedded into every layer of how the company operates.
Also Katherine is shaping the industry. She has been appointed to lead Prebid.org’s LLM and Publisher Monetization Task Force — defining practical, scalable monetization frameworks for an AI-driven web.
An Ironman 70.3 finisher and a living example of what female leadership looks like in tech, Katherine leads by action. Under her direction, Sigma Software is building a culture of responsible employer: equal opportunities and growth, veteran support, gender balance in tech, cross-cultural programs, and community engagement. Today, 35% of our technical team and 50% of our executive team are women and Katherine is a brave example of female leadership in our company.
