Tried Poké Bar in Waikiki and honestly… I was pleasantly surprised 👀 While it’s more mainland-style poke, everything was super flavorful, filling, and customizable. Plus they have soft serve + Dole Whip for dessert after 🌞🍦

• Half kale noodles (wish it was more al dente), half white rice
• 3 Proteins: spicy creamy ahi (good amount of spice), spicy salmon, scallops
• Sides: seaweed salad + crab salad
• Veggies: cucumber, edamame, corn, cilantro, green onion
• Toppings: masago, fried garlic, sesame seeds
• Sauces: unagi sauce + spicy mayo

Cake Sunset Fest at Fishcake was such a fun experience because every vendor had their own creative take on the theme — from savory bites to unique desserts and even a cake decorating contest.
