👉 Night Shift SSI Process Operator: The main responsibilities of an SSI Process Operator include modifying wheat-based products using heat and steam for predetermined periods of time to meet customer specifications. The SSI Process Operator must perform moisture and viscosity tests during production to ensure that specifications are being met. After production of product the SSI Process Operator transfers the product from storage bins to appropriate storage container to meet customer specifications. SSI Process Operator will maintain and clean equipment, collect micro samples, and clean SSI Plants.

Start with a completely empty, clean bin - sweep walls, floors, and air tunnels, then inspect for any cracks or holes. Apply registered insecticides several days before storing grain, and keep the area around your bin clean and weed-free throughout the season.

April 21st is officially Siemer Milling Day in Hopkinsville, KY!
On Tuesday, we celebrated 30 years of milling in Hopkinsville with about 130 of the people who made it possible — farmers, business partners, current employees, and retirees who helped build our Mighty Mill from the ground up.
When our mill first opened, it was the first project at what is now a thriving industrial park with over a dozen neighbors. Anyone who's traveled Pembroke Road over the last three decades has seen the houses and small businesses that have grown up alongside us. Hopkinsville is a vibrant, growing community, and we're proud to have been part of that growth.
Magistrate Russ Guffy and Judge Jerry Gilliam honored the milestone by proclaiming April 21st as Siemer Milling Day — a recognition that means the world to our team.
Thank you to everyone who has made these 30 years possible. Here's to the next chapter. 🌾
