While home all weekend monitoring Ody, I managed to bang out some gloves for my cosplay. It's been a long time since I've made gloves so they're a touch tight but I'm hoping it won't be too bad once I add the zippers #spiderman #comics #marvel
Today has been brutal. Our sweet baby old man Odysseus had a seizure. Jim and I rushed to the er vet with Ody. We are so grateful at how quickly they took him in and were able to run tests. He was so nervous and they unfortunately had to shave 3 of his legs until they got a good vein to give meds/fluids. The cause remains a mystery though without an MRI that they did not have on site. At the very least, they said his blood work looks good and he is pretty healthy for his age (he's 16-17 years old). We are to keep monitoring him while giving him some antibiotics and seizure threshold meds. When we got home, he did immediately eat and drink water as well as down some hydrating beef fluid pack thing the vet gave us. Jim and I are beyond stressed and exhausted. We are not ready.
