Fly To Your Freedomšļø Swipe right ~ Hereās a set I recorded (full mix linked in the bio) picking out a few records which recently I felt connected with, each record has its own story, from finding them in a crate in Kenya at @realvinylguru , local charity shops, record fair in Brighton with my brother @ivaylow (shout out to @rob_lifedj@musicarchaeology for the tunes), London record stores including @vdslondon@tomerecords and a job lot sale in a market. Always diggin records with a message for the world.
Thereās a reason why I chose to play this first record (Pretty Bird - Terra) and Iāve got no shame in saying this, when I heard this song for the first time - it brought me to tears, not of personal sadness or joy but of the current state of many peopleās lives, being stuck in a cage (and often one thatās self created). It was a powerful moment.
Thanks to everyone whoās supporting this journey, I hope to share the experience with as many as possible.

The World Is Changing š

When we look around us, from one moment to the next, our world is constantly changing. We hold the key to changing our world and in the same breath we are helpless to what happens outside of our control. From the wars, genocide to friends and family. We also donāt know when our time will come. Our thoughts and ideas we have shape our reality, the inner world created the outer. The one thing that is constant is change, like the waves coming and going, the ups and the downs. The world we experience is there to teach us and guide us. Let this be a message to anyone reading this, the world is mind and as it spins, letās maintain our balance and keep it fresh.

At the very end, itās about all about the connection - the connection to the music, the people, the place. Nothing is going to last forever (including our vinyls) and with that being said, thatās the reason I told my brother 2T, letās meet to build and enjoy. Iām glad we made it happen. Letās keep spreading it.
