Just want to take a second to thank everyone for coming out to either or both of the shows this past weekend!
On Friday we celebrated the 9 Year Anniversary of @sidestage_collective and I got to bring a new show concept to life that I've wanted to do for YEARS now!
People seemed to really vibe with the whole mystery show concept and I heard nothing but positive reception from everyone in attendance as well as those who reached out online asking for hints to solve the puzzles I put together leading up to the event :p
On Saturday I had the pleasure of showcasing visuals in the COSI IMAX Theater for the 3rd time! As someone who grew up going to COSI at it's old location, as well as at the current building, it will forever blow my mind to see my silly glitch art (and some new new from @vurpvisuals !) displayed on a 7-story tall projection screen while a bunch of experimental bass music plays over the PA.
Props to the whole @alchemy_sessions team for organizing the event and to @day_n_knight13 and @illanthropymusic for saving the day with some last minute system calibration 🤘
This whole weekend was spent sharing music and art and hanging with friends and my body is utterly wrecked, but my heart is so very full.
Now, to hibernate 🛌
Next month is going to be utterly insane!
4/10 = First up, we'll be celebrating 9 years of @sidestage_collective with a total mystery bill. 4 artists from 3 different countries who have played Sidestage shows over our time as a collective thus far! Because the rave is about why we gather, not who we gather for. Come for the sound, stay for the vibe.
I'll be cooking up a unique visual display to fit the theme and obscure the artists to the audience to maintain the mystery in real time :)
4/11 = I'm heading back to @cosiscience to project an all original audiovisual set with my dude @oogamusic ! I can't wait to play around on that screen again :))) it's so fun and I am honored to have the opportunity to explore a 7 story tall canvas with arrangements and compositions that only truly translate at that scale. Big ups to @alchemy_sessions for having me out!

This Friday I'm throwing a show with one of my favorite Josh's of all time, Josh Teed!
In honor of his new album titled "The Tides of Change", we're bringing out special guest LUZCID with support from Ancestyr, Vusive, and YILO to round out a proper night of auditory exploration, melody, and bass weight.
I'll be running visuals all night and tickets are moving fast! So you might want to grab yours early if you can! (Hit me up for $25 feeless tickets)
No seriously, this isn't just me saying that like every promoter does to try to entice you to buy your tickets early, we are over 50% sold out before showday with a cap of 250, and most of our audience usually buys their tickets the day of the show, so this seriously might sell out on shownight *fingers crossed* and I would hate to see friendos have to miss out because I refuse to go over capacity and compromise the experience for others for profit.
So yeah, cool shit happening this weekend.

And an equally large amount of love to all of the folks who came out to our Network Drive show on Friday and donated clothing for the cause!
We came together and raised an estimated 750lbs of clothing, art, blankets, and pillows to donate.
Mutual aid is growing even more important as our government cuts aid to the most vulnerable populations in our nation and continues to further the divide between the ultra wealthy and everyone else.
This show reminded me why I do what I do and I hope that I can continue to use the Sidestage platform to make the world a little less heavy for my community.
Network Drive is back!!!
This show has been through many names and venues over the years (We first partnered with The Open Shelter in 2017), and for the last 3 years we've called it "Network Drive", a fitting name for an event designed to generate mutual aid through our collective networks while enjoying some computer-generated sights and sounds.
Come hang out and groove to some experimental tunes courtesy of Mt. Analogue, KimonoDOT, WEB, and Internet Crypt. Admission is FREE with a donation of a winter clothing item (think gloves, scarves, coats, etc) OR if you'd like, you can also make a cash/card donation online or at the door.
All proceeds will benefit The Open Shelter in Columbus, allowing them to further advocate for and provide resources to the homeless population of our city.
One thing about me: I do love monsters!
Getting to experience the new Universal Monsters park at Universal Studios with @twinsbasiltwins and @spaghettiwesterndiscorat was a dream come true!
I'm excited to see how they build on the park over time!
IT'S SHOW DAY! Come out to COSI tonight from 8p-12a for a specially curated AV showcase featuring sound and visuals from 8 incredible artists paired together to perform live, creating a unique, one of a kind show!
Additionally all proceeds will benefit the Sameer Project (a grassroots effort to provide aid to the Palestinians people in Gaza).
We've already broken even on the show so every dollar from here on out goes to helping provide relieve to the people most effected by the ongoing genocide.
