April photo dump ☀️ So much life has been happening around Sideris lately. Beach days, billiards nights, marriage workshops, Good Friday reflections, Easter celebrations, end of Alpha, art exhibitions, cohorts, conversations, meals, sunsets, and all the little moments in between. As the sun starts staying out longer, it feels like new rhythms are forming. More time outside, more shared tables, more laughter, more stories, more community. Grateful for every familiar face, every new connection, and all the ways life is unfolding together in this season. Here’s a little glimpse of April 🌊🎱🎨🌷

Art Opening Highlights (40 Days Project)
A look back at a special night ✨ Featuring the 40 Days Project—40 pieces, each one inviting us to pause, reflect, and consider. So grateful for the art, the conversations, and the people who filled the space. More than just an art show, it felt like a glimpse of what it looks like when creativity and community come together.

Good Friday • Tonight @7 :30 PM Join us for a special Good Friday service centered on a litany of dishonor. Together, we’ll walk through the rejection, suffering, and weight of the cross—reflecting on the depth of what Jesus endured for us. A quiet, meaningful space to pause, remember, and consider the cost of grace.

“I left home trying to find another home… but I found a home for my heart in Jesus.” Mario spent years searching. Running from one escape to the next, moving from one valley of darkness to another, trying to find light that never quite appeared. But somewhere in the quiet, in the loneliness, in the moments where he finally asked for help… something changed. What once felt like coincidence became unmistakable. The goodness he saw in people started to have a name. Jesus. And now the journey looks different. No longer wandering alone, but walking with purpose, belonging to the family of God, learning how to listen and serve along the way. Because sometimes God meets us in the search and turns it into a home. ✨ #Testimony #ConsiderJesus #FromSearchingToHome #StrangeLights #GraceThatFindsYou

“I thought I had to control everything… but I was never alone.” Shannon’s story is one of wandering, grief, anger, searching, and trying to find power within herself. From new age practices to heartbreak and deep loss, from loneliness in Seattle to calling the suicide hotline — the ache was real. But so was God. Through neighbors, through church, through community just one block away, through a verse whispered in the valley — He kept showing up. Even when we walk away, Jesus stays. Even in the hardest year, there can still be hope. And somehow, in the middle of it all, she found freedom. ✨ #Testimony #siderischurch #FromWanderingToHome #ConsideringJesus #StrangeLights

“For a long time, God was just a question mark.” Quang didn’t grow up religious. Faith wasn’t on his radar. But curiosity was. Why were wise, kind people willing to risk so much for Christ? Was God real? And if He was, was He actually good? Years of questions. Reading. Debates. Wrestling. And then courage. The courage to face God directly and ask Him himself. Today, Quang chooses to walk with Christ — honoring the quiet, steady work God has been doing in him all along. Because no matter who you are, you never stop considering. ✨ #Testimony #ConsiderJesus #BaptismSunday #FaithJourney #FromQuestionsToChrist
